What we do
ZB&V assists clients in researching and elaborating narrative approaches that can be broadly applied in education, social care and leadership. We also do this within the framework of European (Erasmus+) educational projects.
PETER FRÜHMANN
Peter Frühmann has a BA in Applied Arts and a BSc Psychology & Ethology / socio-ecology of behavior. He is the main researcher at ZB&V. He is also founder and (creative) director of Storybag, story practitioner, lecturer at the SAE Media Institute Amsterdam (storytelling), and guest lecturer ‘Stories in Organisations’ at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM, Erasmus University). The articles on this website have been published during projects of Storybag.

Jos Smet is a registered accountant, partner and CFO at ZB&V.
AXEL FRÜHMANN
Axel Frühmann supports our team when we deal with audiovisual aspects of narrative approaches. He has a MA in Media & Film Studies (University of Amsterdam) and has completed a post-master course Scenario, Directing and Production at the Vancouver Film School with honors.
He is not only a gifted scenario writer and director but also a connoisseur of film history. He is also a lecturer at the SAE Media Institute Amsterdam (film production).
